|putsgq() puts a string on the graphics screen using a matrix font (MATRIX.FNT)
at the location row, col.
If row is -1 the row will be advanced by one. The string printed by putsgq() will not be saved in the Tektronix file
and cannot be printed with the picture. This routine does not clear the text background. If clearing is desired, use the function lclrq().
