void pltfnt (x, y, string, height, angle) FNTPLT.C Level 3

float x x-location of lower left corner of string in the units of your plot. It is the radius in polar coordinates.
float y y-location of lower left corner of string in the units of your plot. It is the angle in polar coordinates.
char *string String to be plotted. Less than 80 characters in length.
float height Character height in inches (or cm) on the full-page output.
int angle Angle at which the string is to be plotted. The angle is defined to increase in the ounterclockwise direction and is measured in degrees from the positive x axis. Any integer degree from -180 to +180 is allowed.

pltfnt() plots the character string on your plot at a location which is specified in the units of your plot. It will work
with both linear and logarithmic scales.
